Refund Policy
Please note that the following refund terms may apply in the event of a cancellation. SDSC LTD management will review each case individually and may, at their discretion, issue a credit if appropriate.
This refund policy is intended to provide flexibility within the framework of these terms and conditions:
- Non-Refundable Payments: All payments are generally non-refundable. However, management will consider each situation individually. This includes, but is not limited to, unused services (such as rentals). If you are unable to use any pre-booked services for a valid and proven reason, SDSC LTD may issue a credit note for the unused portion at their discretion.
Cancellation Policy
Ensuring your safety is our top concern. Please be aware that dive schedules may be changed at short notice due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. If you expect any such conditions, kindly notify us in advance so your bookings can be cancelled without charge.
Payment and Booking Conditions
All prices are in EURO and include VAT. All payments must be made in advance for the full amount and can be paid either by cash, credit card, or bank transfer. The equipment will be provided on the spot at SDSC LTD premises.
Waiver Form
Every participant is required to sign a waiver form, which can be found and completed together with the rental paperwork.
Diver Certification and Equipment
Everyone renting equipment must show a valid scuba diving certification. Divers are responsible for checking both their own gear and any equipment rented from SDSC to confirm it is working properly. It is also each diver’s responsibility to verify the air level in rented tanks (SDSC can provide an air gauge) and, if using specialized mixes like Nitrox or Trimix, to check the blend with their own gauges.
Responsibility and Liability
SDSC LTD, along with its staff and representatives, cannot be held responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages connected to your diving activities. By participating, guests acknowledge and accept all risks involved. To maintain a safe environment for everyone, unsafe or irresponsible conduct is strictly prohibited.
Lost or Damaged Gear
If any rented equipment or tanks are lost or damaged as a result of misuse, you will be charged the full replacement cost. Determining whether the damage was due to misuse or normal wear and tear is at our discretion. Please notify us immediately if any gear is lost or damaged.
